i'm just back in ireland from edinburgh-48 service is gone

the same thing happened when i landed in edinburgh

If that doesn't help then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for assistance.

In relation to roaming issues the usual generic advice applies...

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems with roaming abroad on 48 for some reason.

(On the other hand all the people who have no problems don't post to report their positive experiences!)

If your SIM predates January 2023 then a replacement may mitigate or eliminate roaming problems:

I havent left the country and im still having the same problem which ive had for the last couple of days now. Hopefully this issue is fixed soon.

What exactly is/isn't working? 

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

Incoming/outgoing calls? 

Incoming/outgoing texts? 

Mobile data? 

What happens when you try to use any outgoing services?

Any error messages?

When was everything working ok last? 

What changed in the meantime? 

E.g. settings changes, software update, factory reset/restore, etc.?

Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone to see if it works there?
