Hi, I set up a new email and password for my uncle to register him for 48. The email and password is not registered and i cant get into it for the mfa code. can you help?

Your post isn't really clear.

What exactly do you mean by "the email and password is not registered"?

Not registered where?

If you just set up the new email and password then why can't you access the mailbox?
