Can you be a little more specific...
- Is/was the phone functional?
- Do other Sims work in phone?
- What exact (if any) messages are you aware of that leads you to believe the Sim is Locked?
These questions answered can enable us to understand whether the Sim is indeed, Locked - or that the phone itself is locked.
Can you post back with a view to answering the above questions?
