Hi I have the Don membership but bought €20 of credit as I am currently in Slovakia, but I can't ring home, I get a message saying I'm either out of minutes or have no credit, even though I have both. How can I ring Ireland?

I ordered a replacement SIM because i thought I lost mine, but it turns out I found it. When i try to connect now however it says "no service"; it can't connect to 48. Can I have the old SIM reactivated?
