How do I transfer data to another 48 customer

Seems to be a problem

putting in pin exactly right but locking me out?

I restarted my phone today and when it asked me to put in my PIN, i put the correct PIN in multiple times and now it has locked me out even though this is the PIN that it says on the card that my SIM came in?

Can a 48 sim work in locked Three phone?
