Can’t select ‘when abroad’ in Sim applications?

Can’t connect to roaming in Greece. Went through the troubleshooting procedure. But won’t lay me select ‘when abroad’ in sim application

I have travelled from the Rep of Ireland to Belfast and my phone will not pick up a network. It keeps telling me your sim card does not allow connection to this network. Can anyone help??
