Have Guido from13 June. No service in England, roaming charge extra blocked. Desperate, need to make calls!

I travelled to Berlin this morning and my phone says no service but can pick up wifi. My boyfriend is also with 48 and his phone is working OK...how can I fix this please?

No service abroad

I am currently abroad in Spain and I have no service at all. I had it when I arrived at random intervals but now I have none at all. Went into sim applications a few times and when I click on when abroad it will not open... but that is also the same ...

HTC 1 - simm card?

This is probably a daft question but does the HTC 1 phone not accept 48 simm card. Have punched the smaller simm card out and it still won't fit the phone? Any help please or suggestions most welcome!.
