Internet connection

I bought a sim free phone in england but ithe mobile internet will not work in ireland with my 48 sim. I can make and recieve calls but have no internet it is showing me that my carrier is tesco mobile ???? How do ifix this

Phone blocked

Blocked my phone put pin in wrong 3 times into my new phone can't find my puck number can you please help

Can't make calls.

I have topped up my account and it shows a credit but when I try to make a call I hear a message saying that my credit has expired.
