Bought new phone sim card, old one got wet ans sim card didnt fit new phone. Set up my 48 but now i can't ring out or text in or out. My iternet is working? Phone

Did you order and activate a replacement SIM and not a brand new one?

What does your My48 account page say about your membership status, allowance balances etc?
