Hi, trying make payment for my new contract but will not ezcept my address for billing details

Where exactly is it asking you for a postal address? 

It doesn't ask me for one if I edit/change my payment card details via my My48 account:

As far as I can see 48 don't collect and store any postal address on one's My48 account.
