Can you send/receive texts?
Can you use mobile data?
What happens when you try to make a call?
Any error messages?
Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account dashboard?
If auto-renewal failed before you updated your payment card details then you'll need to buy this month's membership plan manually before auto-renewal will take over again next time around.
