What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
Renewal on 1st June may mean midnight tonight.
Did you get any email/text about renewal failure?
What did it say?
Can you make calls, send texts and use mobile data at the moment?
If not then what happens when you try to use these services?
Any error messages?
What happens if you try to buy your plan manually?
Any error messages?
If auto-renewal and/or manual purchase fails then are you sure that your payment card is valid, isn't frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card?
When were you last able to buy a membership plan manually or via auto-renewal?
