Unable to receive and make calls

Hi I am unable to make it receive calls/ texts and my data is not working. Do I need a new sim card or something??

Did it work before now?

When did it stop working?

Did anything change on your phone - e.g. software update etc.?

When you switch off, on again and scan for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Are your settings correct?

Do you have a current membership and non zero call/text/data allowances?
