Unable to activate new sims

I ordered 4 sims on the same email address, I was able to activate the main one, the others are saying not valid and not able to change the email address to activate the sims.

 

I was trying to activate the other sims via web chat, but couldn't  get in touch for the code that is sent, and now they are not ringing when I try to call them.

You can order as many SIMs as you want from your account.
But you need a separate email address and account for each SIM before activating them.
Are you doing that?
Your post is unclear about what exactly you're trying to do.
But if you're trying to activate multiple SIMs under a single account associated with one email address then you can't do that.
Also if you have problems activating using the activation code provided then your can use another number instead.
