If you mean that you can't send texts to UK numbers then...
Do you have cash credit on your account to pay for international texts?
International texts are not covered by membership plan text allowances - only texts to Irish numbers.
You need an active membership and also cash credit on your account to send international texts.
If you mean that you can't receive UK texts then you may want to get the sender to check if there's some problem at their end.
