I'm after adding credit twice and it has come out of my bank account and both times it hadn't come up on my acc

What do you mean by "credit" here?

Membership?

Add-ons?

Cash credit?

What does your My History page say about recent payments/purchases/topups?

What does your My 48 account page say about your current membership status and expiry date?

Does it list any "next" membership(s) in your Membership Planner?

My guess is that you bought two memberships but they stacked rather than starting immediately because your current membership hasn't yet run its full monthly course and expired.

A new membership will only start when the current one eventually expires.

Nope its nothing to do with my membership I just started a new one the other day I just added like 2/3 euro just to send MMS messages and checked my bank today n it was taking out of it but still not on my acc??

Cash credit and I checked my history n its not coming up on that but after coming out of my acc not good like
