I have been a customer for over 6 months and I need to renew my plan which wasn't automated. Everytime I try to do this it tells me "ophs something went try, please try again later". Is there a problem with the system. I have no access to my phone until my plan is renewed so help would be much appreciated.

When did you last successfully buy a membership plan?
If you didn't buy one for 6+ months then your SIM will have been suspended.
If you have been buying one each month for the previous 6 months then that's not the case.
Do you get the same error if you use this link?
You'll most likely have to contact 48 support for assistance with this.
