When did you order it?

SIM orders take up to 6 working days to be delivered.

Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 3-6 working days.

If 6 working days have already passed then you'll either need to try to order again (and make sure that the delivery address and eircode are 100% correct) or contact 48 support for further assistance.
