I can not activate my sim card after receiving a New one. Could you please help me with it. Thanks

A new one or a replacement one?
The activation process is different in each case.
Are you sure that you're using the correct activation method?
What happens when you try?
Any error messages?
If necessary contact 48 support.
But they may not be back online until tomorrow morning at this stage.
