Small favour - can you check the APN settings on your phone? Are they empty / gone? Is "48" showing up on your networks?

Same issues for me. Knew it was network issue when online chat was wait for 77 mins & no 21 in queue

If I try it, it says "You SIM card doesn't allow connection ... "

all my APN settings are the same but no 48 when i try to select the network manually

Yip - thing is, I thought I was doing that last night & then all day today. Maybe they'll start looking into the issues once their roll out is finished on the 25th!! Robot Mad

 

Any information back from chat services that I had was "it will be fixed soon..." which ain't very helpful...

no network connection when i try 3
