Hi I'm in Thailand and cant make any calls or texts. My phone says I'm connected to dtac48 however it's not working. I'm using a samsung 4S. My roaming is turned on. Please help!!

48 don't support roaming in Thailand.

Just EU/rest of Europe, North America and Oceania.
