Samsung S7 Edge no network connection

I recently got an S7 Edge and the 48 SIM isn't working at all. I get no signal, can't register to the network or use mobile data. It was fine on the S5 so I've no idea why such a dramatic shift. It recognises the SIM but that's it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey, so I went to a phone shop and in 15 seconds they had everything working grand. But later on the mobile data would come and go and reception keeps disappearing entirely. Sorry, I know it's not a lot of information to go by, but I just don't understand why it'll work perfectly one moment and the next I can't make calls or use data at all

What has the phone shop got to do with this?
Did you buy the phone from them?
New or second hand?
If so are you sure that the phone is in perfect working order?
Can you try the 48 SIM in another unlocked phone?
Can you try another SIM in your phone?
Try switching off, taking the SIM out, gently cleaning it, reinserting it and see if that helps.
If not then you may need to contact 48 support for more assistance.
