What do you mean?
Is "SIM not provisioned" the message that's appearing on the phone or something?
When was your SIM working ok last?
What make and model of phone is it?
Make sure that the SIM is correctly seated in the phone.
Maybe try a replacement SIM?
Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone to see if it works there?
Maybe when the screen was repaired the SIM tray connection got disturbed/broken?
