hi , 

i lost my 48 sim so i ordered a replacment sim an i got it today.

i clicked into "register replacement sim" an i entered the registration code that was on the pack but it said on the screen 

"Sorry, you can't register this SIM as you already have an active SIM linked to your account."
i am confused and dunno what to do !

Are you sure that you ordered a replacement SIM here:

and not a new free SIM here?

 

http://48months.ie/free-sim

 

If you ordered a new free SIM then log a support request and 48 should probably be able to get the new SIM working on your existing account/number.

Similarly if you DID order a replacement rather than a new SIM then log a support request and ask 48 for help in getting it working on your existing account/number.

 

DON'T go through the normal registration/activation process online for a new SIM as that will just set up a new number/account etc. which is not what you want here.
