Receiving wrong number

I have contacted 48 numerous times over this and still havent got a reply in weeks. When my sister contacts me it's a different number that comes up not her number. She got advice from a phone professional and they told her for me to contact 48 over it. I have tried and got no reply. I tried doing an online chat too with 48 and I cant seem to find that! Please contact me over this matter asap. Thanks

Contact how - call or text?

Does her correct number appear when she contacts all others in the same way?

Does the incorrect number that actually appears at your end bear any resemblance to her correct number?

Is it a number that she used in the past?

(Don't post the actual numbers for privacy reasons please).

What make and model of phone are each of you using?
