Radio competition texts won't send

Why can’t I enter competitions on the radio.48 won’t allow my text entries.I have topped up my credit.

You'll need to explain the issue in more detail.

What exactly are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages etc.?
