Can't enter radio competition

Hi - I would like to enter a radio comp for 2.50 but when I enter it is not allowing me.can I enable something to enter?

I'm guessing that you're trying to text to a Premium SMS/5XXXX number?

Unfortunately 48 don't allow for this so it's simply not possible to text such numbers on 48:
