You need to describe the problem that you're having in detail in order for community forum contributors to offer advice/assistance.

 

What exactly is the problem?

Any error messages?

Was everything working before or are you just joining 48?

Do you have an activated SIM, an unlocked phone and an active membership?

 

If necessary contact 48 support for more assistance.
