Both my payment are coming out of my bank account I want to cancel the Revolut payment

What exactly do you mean by "both my payment"?

If you want to stop payment then disable monthly membership plan auto-renewal and/or delete the card details registered on your account.

Bear in mind that the €3 discount on the €12.99 plan for 6 or 24 months offers require that you keep auto-renewal enabled just in case that's relevant to you.

My payments are now coming out of my bank account I want to cancel my Revolut payment. I do not want to pay twice

I want that money returned to my account. And I want my Revolut payment cancelled as I am paying all from my bank account

Money has come from my bank account and my Revolut account. I want cancel the Revolut account and be refunded food the money you took from the Revolut account.

What do you mean by "refunded food the money"?

I don't see how two payments are coming from two different banks for the same 48 account.

Do you have a second 48 account perhaps? 

As I said before, if you want to stop automatic payments on some or all of your 48 accounts then log into them and disable monthly membership plan auto-renewal and/or delete your registered payment card details.
