SIM card not working

You'll have to post a bit more info if you want help from the community forum.

 

Was it working before?

Or are you just getting started with 48?

 

If it was working before did anything change with your phone?

E.g. new phone, factory reset, settings changes, software update?

 

If you're just getting started is the phone unlocked for use on any network?

 

What make and model of phone?

Any error messages?

Can you do a manual search for networks?

Can you see and connect to 48?
