Phone calls

I have my membership for more than a year now, and in the last 3 months I cannot make or get any phone calls, everything else works fine.

By "everything else" I presume that you mean incoming/outgoing texts and mobile data?

Do you have an active membership plan on your account dashboard? 

What happens when you try to make a call? 

Any error messages? 

What happens at the caller's end when they try to call you? 

Any error messages? 

Is your number correct on your My48 account?
