Number didn't port over - why?

I have asked to move my number but it didn’t. Can you help? It should be 0851151045 and not 0894975577

You need to follow the instructions here: 

If anything goes wrong then post back with details. 

Note that you need the old mobile provider's SIM installed in the phone and working in order to receive the porting security code.
