Why is it that some people can ring my phone and on others phones its saying that the number is not in service but yet they can txt me and cannot phone me

This seems to happen to some users sometimes for some reason.

You'll have to contact 48 support to get them to see if it's a problem at their end.

Day 7 and problem not resolved there trying to tell me its from the other provider which in this case vodafone eir and 3 customers trying to ring me and its saying my number is not in service but the problem is from their side and not 48 somehow i dont think so .wouldnt recommend to any1 going with another provider
