Not receiving calls or texts (particularly 2FA SMS)

Hi, pretty much since I got my second sim it couldn't receive texts for two factor authentication and alot of the time also no calls or texts from any source. I didn't really care as I only used this sim for extra data. Recently my main sim that has worked fine for years began having the same problems with two factor authentication and more recently pretty much not receiving any calls or texts at all. I'm currently in the process of trying to not flunk out of college and need to be able to receive calls and texts promptly as my deadlines are very soon so any help would be greatly appreciated.

This issue has been reported several times over the years but I've never seen a guaranteed fix. 

You'll probably have to contact 48 support to see if they can assist at all.

Might be worth trying a replacement SIM just in case the current one is faulty.
