Hi,
I was away recently and put a different sim in my phone. Since I returned and put my 48 sim back in my phone and tried to top up it keeps on failing. I have tried numerous times and it says it is processing the payment but then says there is an error. I know my credit card has no issues. How can I top up with no issues?

When did you last buy a 48 membership plan?
If 6 months or more ago then your account could be suspended.
If that's not the case then maybe try deleting your saved card details and re-adding them?
You may need to contact 48 support about this.
