Joined last month, happy with the service and 5g.
Auto renewal is on, card details are saved but the service did not auto renew (was supposed to be the free 2nd month).
Contacted customer service chat and was told that it would take 5-7 days for the issue to be fixed! What is the issue??!! I cannot even top up myself in the interim either online on in thre app.
Can someone please enlighten me as to whether this will take 5-7days to fix? Currently on second day of no calls, internet or texts. I'll have to move networks if that's the case.

Nobody here on the Community Forum is going to be able to help you with this.
And 48 support don't generally monitor or respond to posts here .
You'll have to contact 48 support and ask them about this or make a formal complaint.

For what it's worth there seems to have been some general problem with membership plan auto-renewals and purchases recently but it didn't affect everybody and nobody from 48 has explained the issue here to date.
