I only got new sim to go to 48 and not working

You might want to review the New to 48 FAQs in case they help: 

Did you successfully activate the SIM?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network? 

Do you have a connection to the 48 network?

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

If not what happens?
