Hi there,

I'm a 48 Months customer who has been living in the US for the past few months. I just arrived home in Ireland today and put my 48 sim into my unlocked Google Pixel 3a, paid for my membership, yet don't have service. When I try to add a network, it tells me I need to put in my sim but it's in. Any thoughts? Thanks!

With the recent rollout of 4G on 48 many people had to get new SIMs to get service.

Your best bet is to order a replacement and take it from there.

Unfortunately I doubt that you'll get a replacement this side of Xmas though.

Maybe contact 48 support in the meantime to confirm this with them.
