What's happening with the service why is it taking so long to fix this is just ridiculous being without a phone all day can someone from 48 please inform us what's happening .

Imagine if there was a real emergency and people had no water or lights or food. I admit I felt lost without the phone but build a wall and get over it people. 😂😂
