Is mobile data working for you?
What about calls and texts?
Maybe you've simply used to your data allowance?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and data balance?
If you've used up your data allowance before the membership month is up then you need to buy a data add-on or use Flexi Data to get more data allowance to continue using mobile data for the remainder of the membership month.
If that doesn't explain matters then you'll probably need to contact 48 support about this.
