You'll need to post a bit more detail.
Where are you located/having problems?
Was it always like that or did problems arise recently?
What sort of problems? Signal dropping? Calls dropping? Slow data? Etc.
Have you tried diagnosing and fixing the issue at all?
What make and model of phone?
Do you know others on 48? Are they having the same issues?
Have you tried your SIM in another phone to test it?
Or getting a new SIM for your own phone?
