You'll need to provide a bit more detail if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

When was everything last working ok for you?

Did anything change in the meantime? 

E.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset, new phone, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

Do you have any connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

If not then if you do a manual scan for networks can you see and connect to 48?

If you do get a connection to the 48 network do any services work - incoming/outgoing calls/texts, mobile data?
