No internet connection on android phone

As of this morning, I have no Internet/data connection on my phone.
I have restarted my phone but no improvement.
I can make regular gsm calls fine.
Checked my plan online and all seems fine.
Any pointers on what is wrong?

Are your APN settings still configured correctly?

Maybe delete any configured APNs and reconfigure them from scratch? 

Did anything change on the phone recently? 

E.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

Tried to follow the APN guide but the instructions don't seem to match the settings menu/layout on my phone.

Didn't change anything recently, just stopped working this morning.

I'll try the chat support you mentioned above

What are your APN settings right now? 

Maybe try texting "APN" to 50048 to get the settings sent to your phone. 

But this may not work for all phones.
