What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status?

How much data does the gauge show that you've used?

Are you sure that you are on the €12.99 unlimited data plan? 

Or are you on one of the cheaper legacy plans with a mobile data allowance limit?

When was data working ok for you last? 

Are your APN settings still configured correctly?

Are calls and texts working ok?
