What membership plan are you on?
Older plans have limits on services and if you use them up then you need to buy add-ons to keep using those services for the remainder of the membership month.
The €12.99 plan doesn't have any limits on mobile data and provides 5,000 call minutes and texts.
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership details?
