If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to clearly describe your issue or question 

What exactly are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages, etc.?

Are you just trying to join 48 or has it been working for you before this? 

If it was working before then what changed in the meantime? 

Phone software update, settings changes, factory reset, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network? 

What make and model of phone is it?
