Did mobile data ever work on for you?
If not then you probably need to configure your APN settings.
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions to do this:
Do calls and texts work ok?
Do you have an active membership plan with a non-zero data allowance balance listed on your My48 account Dashboard?
