Do you have an active membership plan?
What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
If you don't have an active membership plan then you need to buy one in order to use outgoing services.
What exactly is/isn't working?
Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
Can you receive calls?
What happens when you try to make a call?
Any error messages?
Are incoming/outgoing texts working?
You say that mobile data isn't working?
Are your APN settings still configured correctly?
When was everything working ok last?
