Was it a foreign number?
If so they cost 25c per SMS to text.

Looks like a scam to me to be honest.
Ask 48 support for details of your recent texts - in particular to intentional numbers.
But I reckon that whatever happened you texted an international number and were charged for it.
I don't think that 48 owes you any refund but ask 48 support to be sure.
