You'll need to provide more information.
Did it work before?
If not then did you configure your internet/APN settings correctly?
If it did work before but stopped then have you used up your membership/plan data allowance or hit the fair usage limit?
You can check this via your My48 account:
If you have used up your allowance then you might need to buy a data add-on:
If you use up membership/plan allowances (including data) before the membership/plan period is up then buying a new membership/plan will not help as it will just stack to kick in when the membership/plan has run its full course and expires normally.
